The Brittish Carrier Ark Royal is up for auction. I hope posting this does not violate SS rules about auctions but it was on fox news today.

Just because fox had the news spot, does not mean potential bidders here saw it, it is up to them to find the auction, now that everybody knows, the chance of getting the AIRCRAFT CARRIER cheap is out the window and there is a chance of conclusion, it would be a lot better to PM the different members that are interested in AIRCRAFT CARRIES to let them know about the sale.

I really need to know if I can put 1600x20's on it, and can I change the gears to make it go 75mph?

What kind of tools will I need when I go recover it?

I'll be moving to Oklahoma and I will have a lake in my back yard. Who can move it from the coast to my lake for me? I'll be needing to make that move about every 6 months as I go from my winter home to my summer home.

Where can I get a copy of the TM for it? (I tried "Search" and did not find it).

I want to paint it Fire Engine Red. How much CARC will it take to do that?

Will I need any special permits for the defensive missiles it carries?

Since it has it's own airport, will I have to get FAA controllers for the tower or can I do it myself?

Can I convert it to run on WMO?
