Broke a pin off 4723 cable is this fixable?

What's involved with fixing a broken off pin on cables like these? No wonder it wasn't working right, pin was bent down, when I tried to bend it back it broke off.

Changing the multipin connectors on the 4723 cables is a whole lot of work and not worth the effort with their availability. It would be much easier if the pins were extractable but they aren't.
