Good call, now that you found this, I want back and looked at the pics again, look at number 4, you can see where something like a fork hit the mount, this mark is right in line with the torque rod, could have knocked it off the bushing, if that was the case, a PM check should have spotted it

Edit: 1 Patriot, in that second pic, like Bob pointed out, You might want to check that bolt mounting boss to see if its been cracked and pulling away from the mount. ( straight above the red circle in pic 2) Can you tell us if it is indeed cracked or is that just paint peeling off.
