"Bully Clamp" bed rail clamp from Bully Dog - anybody tried these?

These look like they would provide good tie down points without drilling holes in my CUCV bed. Has anybody tried them? How strong are they? Do they hold up?

M1008's come with tie downs in the bed, you could try to find a set for your M!028
