Burned out Resistors and semiconductors 803a

Seem to have more burned out parts
having trouble finding resistors and semiconductors HLM-20-10z7r50j,HLM-20-10Z-20ROJ,HLM-10-10Z1301J,1N5406 semiconductor,V68MA3B as listed in TM9-6115-642-24P parts manual checked 6 places on net am i using wrong numbers or are they discontinued Help... Regards Gladstone 1909

Earlier his year someone here posted up that the Vishay FSOT2011E7R500JE will work for replacing R10-R13.
Mouser has them in stock. About $30 a pop.

As for R14 and R15 you may need to replace them with an equivalent wire wound resistor of similar specs.

You might look at the classifieds for someone parting out a gen set and selling the whole assembly.

Check the SMR codes for the parts. See if there is a difference between the 60 and 400 hertz models. I don't seem to remember there being a difference, but check. I would also see about getting extra stand offs in case they break on you. This often happens when you use too much heat to un solder, re solder the wires. Do not use too much heat on any of the components, use a heat sink if you have one.

A good question to ask, is how come the parts burned up? Is this a new to you gen set? Or did someone else burn them up?

A good tip tip is to remove the side panel of the control cube. Makes re soldering very much easyer.
