I have been going through a lot of issues with my MEP 004. Replaced all diodes in the exciter unit as well as alternator and starter issues. I now have voltage and most everything seems to work.
following sewerzuks video on 3 phase to single, I took the board off, yes all 12 nuts, and noted that there was no bus bar that should be connecting all 4 upper nuts.
Now I wonder who has been inside this unit. I will have to make some kind of bus bar I guess. Anyone else have this problem? Any reason to toss the bus bar?
