Cab wincg remote control

In the cab dash of the M816 wrecker on the left bottom near the door there is a data plate and a screw on cord plug that appears to be for the winch control. I can't seem to find any info on this plug. Does it control the front winch? and what does the controller look like?

that is for the work light to plug in

page 2-4, 2-5 in the -10 TM (operators manual) shows it
