Calendar: Keep or Axe

I think we need it, everyone needs to just add their birthday!

Instead of keeping the calander can we just get a mass pm about the next event coming up and its location. Wouldnt that also save room and those who want to see it can and those who dont can erase it. Personally I ussually dont find out if I can go to an event till a couple of days before hand ( Dang Army Policies ) and hardly ever use the calander. Captain

I added a couple of Events our Club will be participating in. I found out through this thread that I could actually add events to it. I say we keep it.

I don't about where this site is hosted but I'm just guessing that mass PMs would be more resource intensive than keeping the calendar.

Then again I don't want to wade through a bunch of mass PMs either.

We host this site on our own dedicated server, its not the PM space, just that others can see events if they are posted.
