Can't find it ? Bumper fender plate

Well about a month ago I was searching the web and found someone that makes a plate that fits between the bumper and front fender filling in the gap on winch trucks that is strong enough to stand on. The other day I took a little slip and banged my bum and now want something to fill the hole.

Does anyone know where these might be. I've tried all the searches and no luck.

sounds like a great idea to me !
I would prefer to have some kind of storage incorporated in that location . maybe an old ammo box bolted to the side I don't know something it could be very useful space for storage .
