can't log on at home

I can't log on at home with At&t but I can at work or I can take the lap top to mom's and log on there no problem.I'm assuming I'm blocked. I need the "technical term" to tell the at&t to fix it.

What happens at home when you try to log on? What screen is shown?

It seems to time , says can find or connect. I'll get a pic of it when I get home. It's just at home that it does it. The att tec was at the house for 1hr or more last night. Tried new modem , whent down the road and tried a different port. rest set my account , still nothing. His idea was to cancel my service and start over as a now user. It does this for a few over sites like the one my GF uses to talk to her doctors.

It's not the computer , I can take it some where else and it logs in just fine. The At&t Tec could not log on with his phone either.

Let's see if it's a name resolution issue. Try going to http://208.67.17.104

You might get a error or notice about security. We're just trying to see if you can see the website. So allow it to connect for the test. (Don't bother with trying to log onto the site though)

PM me your web facing ipv4 address. You can go to www.whatismyip.com to find out. We do have some IPs (china) blacklisted. But if it's not in one of those ranges, it's something odd on your end. (I doubt your IP would be blacklisted)
