Carb overhaul info

Tryin to find information on rebuilding a carter carb. My cd manual only has removal/replace info. I need to id parts and figure how this thing works?? I have no fuel to the engine/no start. Removed carb, filled bowl and manually pumped, no fuel out the bottom of base. Any info on carb operation, parts id ect will help, thanks

Perfect! thats exactly what i was needing, not sure why i couldnt find that in my e-manual. Its probably in there, there are like 8 manuals to search through, must have overlooked it. Thank you Carter
