Alfa Heaven has Sherwin-Williams CARC.
There's a CARC data sheet in Tech Articles with all the info for primers, spray rig settings, reducer and clean-up.

The military (at Albany Ga. ) uses a wash primer (dilute phosphoric acid) followed by a 2K high solids white high build primer. Then they top it with 2K waterborne CARC.

Alfa Heaven is the way to go over civvy primer's I use PPG EPX-900(epoxy) and PPG 94-258(red oxide)

Talk to any Sherwin Williams dealer, check their Industrial Coatings catalog. I got mine there, I suggest the 2 part water based version.

but remember you cant buy from Sherwin Williams unless your a military contractor.

It all depends on how good you are talking to them.. But I must admit, having a CAGE code helps!
