The canvas itself? Nothing.. The bows, yes... The dropside bows have catches that hook them to the corners. non drop side ones bolt right in.

Not sure about deuces, but the 5 ton canvasses are different. the location of the straps for the "hot weather roll up" are different for the dropside and the fixed sides.

The vinyl cargo covers have the side rollups integral to the cover and the ends are fitted to the cover itself and also have integral straps for rolling them up.
