I am pulling the front drive shaft. Four bolts came out easily. Four are not. The impact wrench is not loosening them.

Any ideas on how to loosen them for removal?

Can you apply heat to them? I can't remember how the bolts go into the front drive shaft but if you could heat them first it might help.

is your t case a air shift or sprag? make sure there is no load on the shaft or you will have major problems. best way is to jack up the front end. To get the bolts out if still stuck is a little heat or let them soak over night with some PB blaster.. I have found that CR's Freeze off works really well too.

heat or pb blaster but if you tap the shaft with a hammer right next to the bolt while hitting the impact that seems to work well to i use that method alot when its something i dont want to heat .the vibration seems to work really good also if you tap on the bolts with the hammer first then hit em with pb blaster that works good to

Heat nuts......take a candle and touch it to the nut and let wax melt all over it...the heat will allow the parrifin to be sucked up in the threads.....let it sit overnight and try it the next day with the impact and max air you can put to it.

PB Blaster for 24 hours, then cranked up the pressure on the impact wrench and off they flew. I do not know whether it was increased pressure or PB Blaster, but back at work.
