Changing wiper arms on CUCV

I had seen a post regarding changing the wiper arms over to a Dorman part made for a Ford, but unable to locate for the part number. Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance.

I used replacement arms from LMC truck 2 years ago you could get them in flat black. And I bought the wiper arm remover tool also , it’s easy to slip with a screw driver and crack the windscreen .
