Just a heads up for ALL you wrecker and 108 owners , check your outriggers if you have not in a while, just because they were free working the last time you checked does not mean they are fine now, better NOW then fighting a frozen outrigger when you need it. They are water traps (A poor design that we HAVE to deal with) check to see if they will screw out, if not fix that (just did 4 on two wreckers), then screw them almost all the way out (about 12"), then CLEAN and pack the threads with grease as you screw them in, leave the extra grease, as you push the outrigger in, the grease lubes the tube. I would go though this hassle every 6 months if the outriggers are not used a lot.

Last time I saw it, was about 15 minutes ago.

Yep, outriggers work, all 2 of them. I did grease them up when I got it.

It's dead at the moment, bad starter, starter relay, and plugged filters. I'll fix it in the spring.

Also, be sure they are pinned when traveling, or else they can slid out going around a corner. Makes the truck a lot wider. Just ask the Gimpster....
