I've got two 'rebuilt 6TN's in my 1009, cost me 35 bucks a piece!
Aswayze got his for $40 a piece and is running his deuce on them. Both are still cranking away and I have one bad alternator

The battery shop here in Lawrence repairs 6TNs for the Guard and usually has several coming and going, seems like other places around the country must do the same thing.

We have a Interstate dealer in our area that sells us blems cheap. Some are factory blems and other have been returned after setting on the shelf .

Bruce, thanks for sticking around and waiting. I have not tested the batteries yet should I put them on a slow charge?

take the batts to the parts store, have them put on the charger and tested once they are charged.
