Once again, Chris Romby at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, NV, has come through as an outstanding GL employee. Chris bends over backwards to help customers with their items, including loading them carefully onto trailers or lifting them for customer tow-away/drive-away.
Chris demonstrates the professionalism and knowledgeable experience one would hope to find from a GL employee, but he always manages to take it one step further.
Chris helped me out today by allowing me to return 25 minutes after closing time to pick up my final trailer. Thank you Chris!
Chris is a credit to GL, they (and we!) are extremely fortunate to have an employee like Chris. I'm just thankful that he works at Nellis where I've been picking up my auction wins from!!!
