What is the small circuit board for under the dash in the center behind the ashtry area.

The GP card should be on the left side(sitting in the seat) of the steering column.

The card on the right side of the column, near the ICE/STE port is for the ICE/STE.

Look at the schematics in the TMs(-20 or -34)

Also, I know this has been discussed a few times, did you search(what terms?)

I searched "circuit board" in the CUCV forum, found it! I looked at possible thread titles and found it on the 70th thread listed(out of 7. Took 6 minutes.

I Google'd the part number painted on that thing and it came up as a Low Coolant Module. Just winging it here without doing any real searches...
