The GP card should be on the left side(sitting in the seat) of the steering column.

The card on the right side of the column, near the ICE/STE port is for the ICE/STE.

Look at the schematics in the TMs(-20 or -34)

Also, I know this has been discussed a few times, did you search(what terms?)

I searched "circuit board" in the CUCV forum, found it! I looked at possible thread titles and found it on the 70th thread listed(out of 78). Took 6 minutes.

I Google'd the part number painted on that thing and it came up as a Low Coolant Module. Just winging it here without doing any real searches...
