I have some of the parts you will need. If the dual/quad head lamp core support is in good shape. Just keep it and use it. You can rivet bolt the small sheet metal area from a bad CUCV core support and have your cake and eat it to. And the 2 pieces of core support behind the head lamp and park lamp are able to be mailed in a flat box. No oversize box. I used to be able to buy all the 1990 Jeep Wagoneer grille supports for the newer Jeeps and I would just weld /bolt/rivet the head lamp area in so I coulsd replace the older core supports in the Cherokees / Gladiators / and Wagoneers I was working on. Now you want to talk rust repair. Jeep and Rust are one in the same. Both bad 4 letter words. Just an idea.
