Cleaning the Fuel Strainer

Surprisingly this was quick, effective, and fun! I just touched it off with a small propane torch and blew it out with air after it cooled down, it cleaned the mesh right out!

I would think that would promote disintegration of the screen real quick. I'd use brake cleaner and a brush.

I guess we'll see, it didn't get terribly hot just a slow swirling burn. I was pretty hard on it with the air gun and no disintegration. I'll keep an eye on it.

I like to use electrolysis for small parts. Works like a champ if you are not in a rush.
