What facility is Springtown anyway?

We are not sure, we never purchased from there before. It appears it mainly sells vehicles so the pick-up rules are worded as such that they will only load (push vehicles onto) RGN type trailers. They also say no forklift is available, but we are interested in a large machine, not a vehicle so we just wanted to call and verify they could load before we bid. Although other items in the past say a forklift is available, so maybe they just applied their cookie cutter vehicle response to everything in this particular auction.
