Worked on the M817 over the past few days adding a highway height compliant fender and mud flaps. The fender mounts were bolted onto the truck using the available holes (I believe the holes are for winch rail extensions, worked well for this application) and then bolted the fender on (8" C channel). A good friend helped in the fabrication (certified welder).....for god knows they put the "stick" in stick welding for how I try to do it.
