So, i have a crossover/Y pipe i removed from the hmmwv in order to facilitate engine removal. One of the flared pipe ends is disintegrated but the remaing pipe is fine. Does anyone know of a replacement weld on repair piece? I’ve seen a few doing a search but wrong size pipe. Thank you 339C28ED-42C7-4FBD-916C-977A5373CCEB.jpeg

Not likely, just replace the entire piece.
You may be able to find a good used one, I have a couple laying around here, more trouble to ship than they are worth.

The originals are subject to rust/rot. I had to replace mine. Flange and pipe broke off on both ends.
There is a revision in the design for newer ones. My new one is marked REV A. I suspect the metal content is different. 86humv informed us in another thread there is a galvanized and stainless pipe versions.
