crud in the fuel tank

So I started out with the newly aquired truck with a new fuel filter. 500 miles later the truck quit running. The filter was full of crud. Replaced it. Next day it quit running again. Filter plugged up again. Dropped the tank, rinsed out, blew out the lines, new filter, rebuilt injector pump, fresh diesel fuel, now it runs niiiiiiice 8<)
