CTIS blank display

Have a nice M35a3, but the CTIS display and system will not power up. All tires holding air. Replaced the ECU with new unit and added a new wire harness and still won't power up. Have power to the ECU and Control module. I would like to connect with someone who is an expert on Steel Soldiers to work through this. I did contact CM Automotive, but they were of little help.
