Wrench set for 6.2,6.5 IP. I need to adjust my timing. Saves a lot of time.
OTC lists it as for mid 90's 6.5's
OTC #6087

Services 1996-1999 GM full-size 2- and 4-wheel drive trucks, vans, and Suburban's with 6.5L diesel engine. Two specially bent wrenches are needed, due to the location of the throttle, cruise control, T.V. cable bracket, cooling system crossover pipe and bracket, and the thermostat housing on vans and pickups. Wrenches are 15 mm, 12-point, double box-end type.

I'm in the 15 mm swivel socket with a long extension under the intake runner for #1 and a box end wrench for the other two bolts group. I don't think I am in the "hundreds" yet for timing adjustments, but I know I am in the "dozens" of times category. It works.

If you don't have swivel sockets, the posted wrenches would be a good investment. If you have swivel sockets, then it is your money to do as you wish.
