CUCV PTO operation

I didn't see a TM that included operation of a CUCV PTO like that which might be on the M1031 Contact Maintenance trucks. I've seen the TM referenced, but haven't found it yet. If it doesn't exist, can someone chime in with the correct operation of the PTO?

Not sure about the TMs, but this one is commercial, not military. This one also has comercial Lima Mac alternator manual in it. This is a PDF file.

I believe an SS member posted a video on youtube.

Tcase in neutral, pull PTO lever out (keep pressure on it as sometimes it wont fully engage until trans goes in gear), transmission in D range, turn governor switch on

I like the green governor on light he's got in the vidio. I don't think it is stock, a good easy addition though.
