Looks to me like your glow plug relay.

Please provide more information regarding how you performed any diagnostics. Check the TM's for glow plug troubleshooting.

I would suggest browsing through the tech manuals! Actually i would suggest studying the tech manuals!! They are written at a cave man education level!!!
