Cucv stalling when applying brakes?

Hey just I just picked up this cucv m1028 from a local police dept. seems like it was not regularly used but still runs and drives great. I still need to change all fluids and filters. My only problem so for is she's stalling when I apply the brakes when driving. When in park or natural at idle it won't stall when I apply brakes. Any ideas just bought a bottle of diesel clean hopefully it will help a little.

Stalls, like the fuel cuts off or just kind of chugs off? Like you go off power and coast (engine runs fine) but then hit the brake and engine dies?

Engine will just stall when coming to a stop. But will start right back up. Won't stall when under throttle.

Mine did it on the way home from pickup once, but it was a 300 mile trip and a couple of tanks and engine treatment, I haven't had it happen since.
