In the CUCV II Facebook group, Nico uploaded the 6.5T (diesel) wiring diagram for a CUCV II (source: Warthog). I edited it to show how both of my 5.7L (gas) battery systems are wired. Hopefully this helps someone, I know it would've helped me earlier.

Yes, the sun and ambient colors affects the paint. I used 383 green. Here's how dark it was last night. It is even darker in the shade in natural sunlight.

Does anyone know if a CUCV and CUCV II rear bumper are the same? Definitely look similar. I would like to put a CUCV bumper on my civilian K3500 build eventually

Had a problem where the antenna mount I used off a CUCV I didn't have the proper angle on the body, due to the difference in body style from 1984-1999. I bought a CUCV I antenna mount from a friend and it had this special bracket on it that made it level. It is necessary if you want to use a CUCV I antenna mount on a CUCV II.
