I am looking to repaint my CVC Helmet as all of the paint has chipped off except for one small area... I have attached a picture of the paint that is left, Can somebody suggest or recommend a way to give the paint a textured look as it originally had? Also does anyone recognize the paint color? Thanks in advance!

Looks like 24087 and as a former tanker getting it to match will be hard with 30+ years of patina . I am pretty sure when they were made it was one coat of paint and when still sticky, non-skid applied then another coat of paint.
