Dash Harness/Fuse Harness

I’m looking at buying a harness off a K5 blazer. This particular one has power windows a/c etc. Am I wrong is thinking this will work? For example, my CUCV doesn’t have power windows, couldn’t I just run that wire to blackout drive?

I sent you an Email in response to the PM you sent me. I have an unhacked dash harness with stock starter relay plug in place. Imagine that. I probably have a few if I looked hard enough. let me know what you think. Thank you.
