After many frustrating interactions with DE DMV and countless phone calls and emails to everyone some friends and I could pester, DMV is now inspecting and registering military vehicles again! I just drove my 923 thru inspection today. Go figure my headlights died while I was in line (switch?) And I failed inspection, but they inspected it.
I went thru the Georgetown location. They wouldn't antique it because I "modified " it with the marker lights and lowered the headlights as required to pass inspection but that will be an argument for another day.
