Decoding bumper markings

I have this zoomed in alot and its tough to read.

Triangle then 'A" maybe? 31 IS9GP 31 ?

Generally, on the front bumper the passenger side has the major command, with driver side being the company and vehicle number for Army vehicles.

If you can ferret out the actual letters/numbers I can try to look up what unit this may have been. You may be able to read whats on the rear bumper hopefully?
