DELO 400 in Deuce?

I am looking at doing an oil change. I am using Delo in my cummins and CUCV, just wondering if anyone is using delo in their deuce? Any reason not to?

I only use Rotella in my diesels. Don't see any issues with Delo. It's a good oil.

I use Delo 15w40 in my deuce....not a single rod knock.

I use both with no negative results. I think frequency is more important than brand.

I used Delo 400LE in my deuce for many years with no issues.

Going by the test data at Bobistheoilguy, Delo actually has more of the "good" additives wear inhibitors than even Rotella. But both are considered neck-and-neck for quality.

Check their tests out. For most lube questions, it's the best place on the net for unbiased info.

I use Delo in mine too with good results and NAPA has it on sale here now. Looking to stock up on some.

I use Delo and put in Lucas oil additive as well

I have used Delo 400 15-40 in all our CAT generators at work for decades, in my Dodge diesels and now use it in my multi-fuel deuce. No problems, good oil!
