For what it's worth I used liquid wrench and got my drum freed up.

Jim, did you get the hub off, or just the drum?

I just pulled the drum off for now. I have the wheel cylinder off and will try to hit NAPA for a kit tomorrow. I think I'll just focus on getting the brakes in working order for now and service the hubs in the near future. I may have to rebuild the master cylinder too.
