deuce dropside vs 5 ton dropside

can anyone tell me if the deuce and 5 toon drop sides are the same? as in are the SIDES the sae ( i know the 5 ton is a 14' bed, bt there is two feet that doesnt drop.) i need a side for my bed

I can measure mine tomorrow, I have both. I also have a bedside for a deuce dropside. I think its in good shape, but I'll check it tomorrow also.

thanks rice. there may be a 5ton dropside semi-local. i guess i need to know if height/width is the same and maybe if the tailgates are interchangeable.

I know the tailgates are the same. I have a deuce tailgate on my 5 ton bed.

I tried that. Can't even find dropsides in the 211-20P or the 211-34P. I did find troop seats and they were not the same.

They are the same on the deuce and the 5 ton, I just measured both of mine.

ok, so the sides are the same lenght AND height? does it look like the bed side "pegs" are about the same???

I just went out and checked everything, they are identical on the deuce and 5 ton. And both sides are the same.
