So I have ordered a dorman hose (H41221) but it won't make it in until tomorrow (hopefully). I ordered a Napa UP 36512 because it was mentioned it would fit. It does not fit at all. To further complicate things, the Raybestos cross reference says this matches the H41221.

The Dorman appears to be the right part from the photos online:

Also a little digging. I'm guessing people that have "made this work" have done so with a female to female inverted flare. But they're forcing it to work. Because the Napa/Raybestos part has two different threads.

Hose End A Threads: 7/16-24
Hose End B Threads: 7/16-20

So you could possibly force them together. But this isn't something you should do when it comes to a safety device.

Yes, that should be for left and right sides. It appears to match the hose design of the stock hose. And from what I found online, it's 7/16-24 on both ends like it should be.
