Pressure washed and painted the Deuce last week. Got my stencils from THE Evil Dr. Ham Hocks while on vacation. Real happy with the lettering on the bumpers. LSM 150 is my father's ship from WWII. 366 FW is the Gunfighters in Mtn Home, ID, where our oldest son is stationed. Old Mose is for Mose Harper in The Searchers, John Wayne's famous western. Old Mose wanted a rockin chair by the fire. I'm old enough for the Deuce to be my rocker in old age.
Next is is to get the Marine version M37 painted and stenciled for our two sons in the USMC. I have a ways to go with her. She runs fine, just needs a little makeup. Gonna call the M37 Radar. One of the boys suggested it after MASH.
