Thanks David,

You did a great job.
Especially, for slapping it together out of scrap.
Ought to have you send more (close up ) pictures.
Before you get the idea, of putting a patent on it

As for bending your p/u frame.
You are not the first, and wont be the last!

Hell Bells,
Years ago, there was a V shaped Chevy tow truck, driving around Fairbanks.
Made it awful hard, not to spill his coffee!!

Had to do a search on the link you sent, for a address.
And found them to be way down in Soldotna.

Gotta get going, and act like I am busy.
Here comes the grumpy BOSS. (wife)

Lost a "CAP" on "FRONT" tire! :lost:

Personally, I would ONLY use a "cap" for a FRONT tire, in a absolutely emergency!

Yyears ago.
My son thought he was helping out, by changing a flat tire for me.(I didn't know it was flat)
And put a recap, on the front pass. side, of one of my trucks. :cookoo:

And sure enough, the first trip, it blew out.
The ONLY good thing about the incident/accidents.
Was he was in the passenger seat!
And afterwards, had to change his britches, along with the spare tire!

:soapbox: Just my thoughts....
