Deuce spitting coolant, but why?

But to add to the thread, the answer is that the truck needs to find it's own "happy level" with the coolant after it's filled and brought up to temperature.. It will "piss out" until it decides it's happy.

The problem turned out to be an overfilled radiator, and a clogged overflow tube. When the coolant heated up, the excess coolant had nowhere to go except to "pop" through the radiator cap, and dribble out, the fan blades took care of distributing the coolant all over the place and out the side panel.
