I know this is not the place to place the but I need to know in a hurry. I have a chance for about 40 1400r20 xl tires and want to know if any guys in the midwest need any. I have looked all over and shipping is a bear.I cant use that many(I only need 12 ) so I need to see if I can get rid of the rest.
the price would be around 100 to 120 per tire

RE: Duece tires

Unless you bob it, or make other serious modifications, 1400R20 tires are going to be a bit large on a deuce. 14.5R20 will work fine though. Are you getting new rims too?

I don't have the sizes in front of me, but is it just a width issue (stock wheel too narrow) or is it a height issue (taller than 46")?

Yes Armyman30, 14.00's fit an M818 just right. They are too big for a duece, need 395/85R20, 14.50R20, or 15.50R20.

I wanter 1100 or 395's but he has 40 of the 1400's they will not go well on a stock m35a2 rim you have to have some os ODIron's rims out of Florida to work with them

Allen, the 1400x20 will not work on a deuce (unless bobbed or serioiusly modified) even if you use OD rims. The 46" is the max tire size for a stock deuce. I have several of those available in Oklahoma if you need any. Michelin XML 395/85R20, Micheln 15.5/80R20, Goodyear MVT 395/85R20.

The 14are to tall. They are 49.5" the rear axles are only 48" apart. With the 49.5" tires you would have a 3" overlap. You mite beable to force them on the truck, but it would not move very good at all.
