Deuce Tow Bar Parts

I purchased the two bars that connect to the bumper and together at the hitch. I seem to be missing some parts as the connections are at the wrong angle to mount to the bumber. Does anyone have a pic of the setup on the truck close up. If anyone knows what parts I am missing, I als need to get them.

I have the main tow bar, but am missing the shackle adapters. I assumed the origional shackle was removed andthe bar attached directly, but now I see that I need the towing replacement adapter.
