Glow plug relay replaced with unit from cucv electric.

Kind of sluggish to fire up but messed with starter relay mod and now it
Starts up fine. NOticed though that wait light is not coming on and
There is no clunk from relay. Started and drove around town last night with no issues.

I will check the tm to see why
