Did someone in VT just acquire a MTVR?

I saw a MK23 or 25 on a commercial hauler two days ago here in Vermont. It was a complete truck with doors. Could have been being transported by civilian, but just curious if someone bought one locally as it was clearly marked as USMC and we don't have a base dedicated to the USMC here.

Most of the MK23 trucks that are being released these days had armor - that was removed. Selling now days with no doors and no top (roof).

Your guberment can't trust you to have armored doors...
