Differant Type Of Recovery

I'm a little late for the party as well buy good job on a successful recovery. I do have one question. Why the strap around the bumper instead of using the lifting shackles?

The winch cable was running thru the shackle and the pin was froven solid if I remember.

It was good seeing this thread again. The owner of the deuce flew into maryland, spent a day doing Pm and then got in the truck and drove it to the Port of Miami. The truck now lives in Costa Rica. That deuce gets around..

Are you sure it was Port of Miami, not Port Everglades? RChalmers?
