Differences between 101, 103 &105?

As the title puts it. What are the differences between the three trailers?

Is it wheel size, and capacity, or wheel size and actual body dimensions?

Also, I'm not entirely sure but are they the only singlle axel trailers besides the M416, and CDN M101?

I think there is also an Ammunition trailer. Don't know the 'M' number.
