Digging through my parts pile

I just made my winch bumper out of my original one-piece bumper. (Or rather, I had a local fab shop make it for me - it would have looked like crap if I had made it myself.) We cut the ends off the one piece bumper and added a length of pipe split lengthwise to make the radius at the winch opening.

Looks good. I've got a bent up one-piece that I'm going to convert to an extra winch bumper.

Got a NOS 5.83 ring and pinion today.

Still looking for a passenger side running board. I may have a good one in the pile - don't remember (it's ****getting old....).

Hood has picked up a dent that wasn't there when the truck was at my hangar out at the airport. But it doesn't look too serious - should buff right out. Might take a little heat and a big *** hammer.
