Hello everyone. When removing my old motor, I found the connector pictured below with what appears to be a diode jumped between the two contacts. The connector comes out of the main harness accross the fire wall. I have been unable to find anything I think it might be looking through the TM schematics. It was taped over with duct tape.
Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks much!
